One small setting or focal area
A simple styled setting for a small celebration or a single decorative focal point, using primarily our existing collection.
The focus may be a small tablescape, cake or dessert moment, small picnic setup or simple focal decor.

A cohesive look for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, dinner parties and celebrations at home.
The focus may be a tablescape, backdrop, welcome area, dessert area or a combination based on your event. Specific decor and custom elements are defined in your proposal.

For celebrations that call for a developed visual concept, multiple styled areas and a more detailed design approach.
Your proposal may bring together backdrop integration, guest tables, signage and decorative accents. The final scope, sourced items and production requirements are quoted for your event.

Our process
Share your date, location, guest count, vision, and desired investment range.
Secure your date with a signed service agreement and 30% non-refundable retainer.
We develop the design and prepare the elements agreed in your proposal.
We professionally style the celebration so you can be fully present.
How to reserve
A signed service agreement and a 30% non-refundable retainer are required. Your date is not reserved until both have been received.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event so we can finalize details, source materials, coordinate rentals, and prepare each element.
Full payment is required at booking and a rush fee may apply.
For select services, including Petite Celebrations, a refundable security deposit may be required for damage or missing rental items. It is refunded after inspection when all items are returned in their original condition.
Inspiration images and mood boards establish the overall creative direction. Individual pieces and styling details may vary as we thoughtfully bring the final design together.
